• Handmade Windows: Professionally designed using modern glass techniques and Paulonia wood frames (locally harvested) for excellent rot and weather resistance.

• Hand-Finished: Coated with non-toxic, breathable Rubio Monocoat Wood Cream.
• Entry Door: Tempered, full-light with a vintage brass lockset and Emtek solid brass ball-bearing hinges.
• Ventilation Windows: Peak/gable windows and bathroom window hinge open, equipped with solid brass hinges and latches.
